Story
Savannah and Dawson met for the first time at a jazz game, on a blind date. Savannah had a friend named Sydney, who she met while working at the MTC. Dawson also had a friend, Caleb, who he served with on his mission. Sydney and Caleb happened to be dating. And these friends, Sydney and Caleb, well.. Dawson and Savannah really owe it to them. (Shoutout)
Dawson originally wanted to go to the basketball game with friends, but Caleb suggested going on a double date. And Savannah? Well, she was hesitant to go on this date because her friend sent her a blurry picture of Dawson, so she didn’t really know if he was her type.
Thankfully, they both said yes to the date, the picture Sydney sent Savannah didn’t do Dawson any justice and they had the best time. They both would agree that it just felt so comfortable and fun even from the very first moments of meeting each other because they could talk, laugh and just be themselves.
And they haven’t stopped talking or laughing since.

Dawson- he touched her lower back and leaned over to make sure he got her order right at crown burger. Iykyk👀

Dawson. Always. That’s a boy job.
What was your most memorable date?
Savannah- I asked Dawson to come ice skating on a giant group date before I left for Christmas break. And that is how I knew this boy was falling for me. The thing is.. Dawson is terrible at ice skating. We’re talking baby deer learning how to walk. But he said yes, because he just wanted to see me before I left. And I peed my pants from laughing so hard that night.
What's your favorite activity together?
We love to have picnics in the park! That’s actually how Dawson proposed :)
Where are you going for your honeymoon?

What's the best meal you have eaten together?
Savannah - I drug Dawson to an art museum once and after almost dying of starvation we ate sushi in the back of my jeep, watching the sunset and it was magical.
What's the most memorable trip you have taken together?
We spent some time in Arizona once, and it was the best. We got sunburnt, played mini golf and had fun with family.
