Q & A

For all our friends and family who have lots of questions, please check out our Q & A first!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by March 6th, so we can have an accurate headcount.

When you RSVP, please select your accommodation nights and if you will be joining us on Friday night so we can accommodate you.

Are kids welcome?

Unfortunately due to number limitations, we are having an adults-only event.
The only children attending are a very small number of immediate family.
We hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named on your invite.

If you have an infant under 12 months please contact Steffie directly.

We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding children-free, and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style!
Please reach out if you have questions!

What do we do for food & drinks if we are staying on site?

BBQ Dinner on Friday night at $35pp.

Buffet breakfast is provided Saturday and Sunday morning inclusive of your accommodation price.

Light lunch provided on Saturday for those staying Friday night.

Dinner & canapes provided after ceremony & during reception.

Guests are welcome to BYO alcohol for Friday night and Saturday.
The bar is always open at Adora Downs to purchase alcohol as well.
BYO is not permitted from the ceremony onwards. Drinks however are on us!!

How do we pay for accommodation etc?

All accommodation and dinner charges are payable directly to Adora Downs. Eftpos available.
Adora Downs will have a spreadsheet of everyone and tick off as we go.

You are welcome to pay on checkout Sunday morning, however our venue manager Michael said people are welcome to pay at any time throughout the weekend, and often people pay when they arrive to forget the rest and have fun!

What if I have a dietary restriction?

When you RSVP there is a section for putting in your dietary requirements.

Make sure you put in your nights of accommodation too and if you are joining the BBQ Friday night so we can cater for you on all fronts. The venue staff are amazing and will cater for all needs.
