Because of the lockdown and pandemic, we are celebrating our unity in marriage with a small number of people. Our trusted friends, mentors and pastors, Andy and Jessie, will be marrying us in their garden on April 25, 2021. Although it is hard for us carry out this ceremony in the absence of loved ones, we look forward to celebrating with all you when it is safe to travel and gather. //
Aufgrund des Lockdowns und Corona, haben wir uns entschlossen, dieses Jahr im kleinsten Kreise zu feiern. Unsere engsten Freunde, Mentoren und Pastoren, Andy und Jessie werden uns in ihrem Garten am 24.04.2021 verheiraten. Auch wenn es uns schwer fällt diesen besonderen Tag, ohne all unseren lieben zu verbringen, freuen wir uns doch umso mehr darauf, euch alle wieder zu sehen, wenn es wieder sicher ist zu reisen.

It would be best if your letters arrive around 20.04.2021 to us. This leaves a little buffer time for the letters to make it into our mailbox. Within Germany you can expect between 2-4 days sending time. Internationally it could take a little longer. Some letters have even taken up to 4 weeks to cross over the ocean. No matter when the letters arrive we plan to open them on our wedding day, so the sooner you send them the better ;) // Am besten wäre es, wenn eure Briefe um den 20.04.2021 bei uns ankommen. Natürlich habt ihr nach hinten draus noch ein paar Tage puffer aber evtl. schaffen sie es dann nicht mehr in unsere Hochzeit-Briefe-Box. Innerhalb Deutschlands kann man zwischen 2-4 Tage Sendungszeit rechnen. International könnte das etwas länger dauern. Manche Briefe haben sogar schon bis zu 4 Wochen übers Meer gebraucht. Also je früher angeschickt desto besser ;)

The mailing service you choose really depends on how fast you want your letter to arrive at its destination. If you do not care when your letter will arrive (because there's still a lot of time till April), then pick the cheapest service, costing around $2.00 in the U.S. (prices may vary).
You will need to pay additional money if you want your letter to arrive faster; for example, within 6 to 10 business days, 3 to 5 business days, or 1 to 3 business days.
Just make sure that you write the Adress exactly the way we wrote it in our Email. The German Adresse are a little different to the American ones
