When is the RSVP deadline?
April 30th 2021
Can I bring a date?
Unfortunately we do have limited space so unless we have named your plus one on your invitation, please don't bring anyone along.
Are kids welcome?
We do only have limited spaces so have a night off and come join us on the dance floor! Please only bring children if named on your invitation.
What time should I arrive?
Guests need to arrive from 14:15 and by 14:30.
Where should I park?
There is free parking on site. You can leave your car overnight and retrieve it the next morning between 10:00-12:00
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
The venue is fully accessible however please note that the ceremony will take place outside.
What should I wear?
Your normal wedding attire but with Autumn vibes!
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
Anything you like but we are getting married outside.

For on the day emergencies other contact numbers will be added to the site at a later date.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
You will be asked to indicate any dietary requirements on your rsvp. Anything can be catered for.
Will I have to pay for parking?
No
Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotels?
There will be a minibus/taxi service from the venue in the evening, please see the transport information.
I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?
There is a Travelodge hotel 5 minutes away from the venue and just off the A1. There are plenty of hotels in Retford town which is 10-15 minutes from the venue. We urge you to stay at a local hotel so you can make the most of the minibus service.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
We can't wait to see all of your photos of our big day but we would prefer it if you put your phone and camera away for the ceremony.
Is there a gifts registry?
We would like to experience the best holiday ever for our honeymoon so we ask for any donations towards it rather than any gifts. We will be be making a funding page on Facebook nearer the time.
Will last names be changing after the wedding?
Yes, Amelia will be a Boston!
Is there WIFI at the venue?
Yes
Will there be food for evening guests?
Yes, food will be served at 9pm.
