You've done the work of setting up your Where to Stay page. Now the question is: is anyone actually booking? The Bookings tab shows you every reservation guests have made through Joy, so you can stop wondering and start knowing. No chasing, no group texts, no guessing.

From your Event Dashboard, hover over Website, click the arrow, and select Where to Stay. Then click the Bookings tab.

Each booking card shows the hotel name, star rating, guest name, email address, dates, party details, and the date the reservation was made.

The Bookings tab shows reservations made through Joy. An easy way to tell which hotels qualify: if a hotel on your Where to Stay page shows a star rating and a Book Now button, it's a Joy Hotel and bookings will appear here. If it shows See Availability and no star rating, it was added with a custom booking link and reservations won't appear in this tab.

If you want to nudge guests who haven't sorted their stay yet, click Remind Other Guests to Book. This opens the Send Hotels Reminder compose screen, where you can write a message, choose your delivery method (text, email, or both), and select your recipients. The message includes a direct link to your Where to Stay page.
