Password or Email Issues

Account Reactivations
If you deleted your user account and need it reactivated, click on that black and white chat bubble in the lower right corner of your screen and let us know you need to have your account reactivated.
Google sign in
Joy has recently paused access for new users to create accounts using social sign-in. If you’ve previously used a social sign-in method like Google and created an event, please send a note to customer support by clicking on the black and white chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of this page or send us an email to support@withjoy.com. A friendly team member will assist you in accessing your account.
Issues signing in on the app
If you're seeing an error that states "There could be a misconfiguration in the system or a service outage. We track these errors automatically, but if the problem persists feel free to contact us. Please try again." it's' due to having cookies turned off on your mobile device. We rely on cookies to start the sign-in flow through the app.
To turn cookies on:
Go to Settings on your iPhone.
Click Safari.
Go to Advanced.
Toggle the switch next to "Block all cookies" off.
This should solve the issue for you.
