All gift cards in the Joy Shop are eDelivered. This means we'll email those over to your Owner email as soon as the order has been processed! Sometimes, these gift cards are hard to find, here's some helpful tips on locating your gift.
What's The Owner Email?
The Owner email on your Joy site will serve as our main communication line to you! To check which email you have listed, follow these steps:
Navigate to your Event Settings
Click "Admins"
View the Owner email information
Search Your Email:
Our helpful partner vendor will email you the gift card within three business days of the date of purchase. If you're unable to find the gift card in your main Inbox:
Search your Spam and Promotional folder- may have gotten re-routed!
Search key phrases like the gift card name or the provider name "BlackHawk"
No dice? No worries! Sometimes emails can get lost in the World Wide Web, here's how we can help:
