Returns:
We get that sometimes gifts don't work out! Our team just needs a few pieces of information to begin a return.
The Joy order number. This can be found on your Registry's "Track" page under the name of the guest who purchased the gift.

Return reason- This helps us learn and understand why this may not have worked out for you.
Once our team receives this information from you, we may determine if your return is valid to move forward with the next steps! Upon approval, our team will forward you a return label. You'll then have 2 weeks to return the item. Eligible returns qualify for Joy store credit or a refund to the purchaser's card.
