At some point while building your registry, the question comes up: is this enough? Enough gifts, enough variety, enough options for guests at every price point. The Registry Advisor gives you a personalized target based on your actual guest count, and a breakdown of your gifts by price range, so you can spot any gaps and fill them before guests start shopping.
From your Event Dashboard, click Registry
Setting Your Guest Count
Click Manage Registry.
The Registry Advisor panel appears near the top of the page.
Click the pencil icon next to your guest count in the top-right corner of the Registry Advisor panel.
Enter your estimated number of guests. An exact number isn't required.
Click Save Estimate.
Reading Your Results
Once your guest count is saved, the Registry Advisor shows four numbers:
Gifts Available: Gifts on your registry that haven't been purchased yet.
Reserved & Purchased: Gifts that have been bought or are currently in a guest's cart.
Gifts Needed: Joy's recommendation for how many more gifts to add, calculated from your guest count.
Cash Funds Completed: The number of cash fund goals that have been fully reached.
Below those, the Gift Price Balance section shows how your registry breaks down across four price ranges: Under $50, $50–$100, $100–$150, and Over $150.
