If you set up your account using email and password:
Forgot your password and can't log in? No worries!
Visit https://withjoy.com/login and click “Forgot your password?” Follow the trail from there.
If you're already logged in but want a new password:
Head to your account page.
Tap “Change password”.
Enter your new password.
If you used Google or Facebook for your account:
Joy has paused the ability to create a new account using social sign-in. If you previously used these methods and made an event send a note to our friendly customer support by clicking the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner or emailing us at support@withjoy.com. We'll help you get back into your account.
