The moment you realize you don't have to manage your event website alone is a good one. Maybe your partner wants to jump in. Maybe there's a family member who's been asking how they can help. Inviting a collaborator gives someone else full access to your Joy site. They can update pages, manage guests, send invitations, and make changes in real time. The only thing they can't do is delete the website.
Inviting a collaborator
From your Event Dashboard, click the gear icon, then select Invite Collaborator.
Click Invite Collaborator on the pop-up.
Enter your collaborator's name and email address.
Click Send Invitation.
They'll receive an email invite right away.
Accepting the invite (what your collaborator will see)
Once the invite lands in their inbox:
They open the email and click Accept Invite.
If they're new to Joy, they'll create an account. If they already have one, they just log in.
They confirm which account to use, and they're in and taken directly to your Event Dashboard.
Removing a collaborator
You can remove a collaborator's access at any time. They'll return to guest status on your event.
From your Event Dashboard, click the gear icon.
Click Invite Collaborators.
Click the three dots next to their name, then select Revoke.
