Shipping and Fulfillment Timelines

Joy takes pride in helping you curate your registry!

Here are the details on fulfillment and shipping, so you know when to expect your piece of joy.


Process of Fulfillment

  1. Guest checkout and payment, friends and family purchase a gift from your Joy Registry, and process their payment through our portal.

  2. From the Date of Purchase, we have a 4-business-day processing period. After which, a Joy Order Number will populate in your Track page.

  3. Once a Joy Order Number is populated, we will begin the fulfillment and shipment process.

Timeline Breakdown

Order Number Creation

4 Business Days from Date of Purchase

Tracking Number

A tracking number will be provided to you within 3-5 business days from the date of Order Number Creation

Shipping & Delivery

Transit time is another 3-7 days via ground shipping

We will update the order information in your Track tab with the related fulfillment status. Tracking information will be made available to you within 5-10 business days from the date of purchase.

If your order has exceeded the processing and shipment time of 5-10 business days with no updates, please contact our team!
