Here are the details on fulfillment and shipping, so you know when to expect your piece of joy.
Process of Fulfillment
Guest checkout and payment, friends and family purchase a gift from your Joy Registry, and process their payment through our portal.
From the Date of Purchase, we have a 4-business-day processing period. After which, a Joy Order Number will populate in your Track page.
Once a Joy Order Number is populated, we will begin the fulfillment and shipment process.
Timeline Breakdown
Order Number Creation | 4 Business Days from Date of Purchase |
Tracking Number | A tracking number will be provided to you within 3-5 business days from the date of Order Number Creation |
Shipping & Delivery | Transit time is another 3-7 days via ground shipping |
We will update the order information in your Track tab with the related fulfillment status. Tracking information will be made available to you within 5-10 business days from the date of purchase.
If your order has exceeded the processing and shipment time of 5-10 business days with no updates, please contact our team!
