You can find your booking numbers in your booking confirmation email titled “Your booking is confirmed.” This email is sent right after you complete your reservation.
In that email, you’ll see two different numbers, each used for a different purpose.
Itinerary Number (Joy booking number)
This will be a series of letters and numbers.
This is Joy’s internal booking number.
You can use this Booking ID to:
Look up your reservation on the Manage Bookings page
Contact Joy support about your booking
Reference your reservation within Joy
You’ll usually see this labeled as Itinerary # or Booking ID in the email.
What do I provide to the hotel?
When checking in, you just need to provide
A valid ID or Passport
Name on Reservation
