We understand life happens, and you may need to cancel your booking. Whether you choose a refundable rate or a non-refundable rate will determine if you're able to cancel and receive a full refund.
How to see if your booking is refundable or non-refundable
Locate your Booking Confirmation email.
Under 'Reservation Details', you'll be able to see if you're eligible for a refund and review the refund policy.
Click 'View Policy.'
You'll then be able to view your cancellation policy timelines
Please note that a refund can only be made if within the cancellation period, which allows for a free cancellation. If your booking is non-refundable, you may not cancel for a refund.
How to cancel your booking
Navigate to Manage My Bookings
Enter your Booking ID and Email
Scroll to 'Manage Booking.'
Here you'll view the cancellation and refund policy.
Click 'Cancel.'
You'll then receive a confirmation email from Joy confirming the cancellation. A refund will be issued to you within 5-10 business days.
