Refund Policies

Refunds depend on your specific itinerary. You can review your refund policy in the confirmation email you received after booking, or by checking your booking in our Reservation Management tool. If your booking qualifies for a refund, it will be returned to the original card on file.

Refundable vs non-refundable bookings

  • Refundable: You can receive a full refund if you cancel before the cancellation deadline shown on your itinerary. If you would like more details on how to cancel your booking, see our Cancel Your Booking article.

  • Non-refundable: You won’t receive a refund unless there are rare exceptions, like the hotel permanently closing.
