When you book accommodations through withJoy, payment is collected upfront at the time of booking. This allows us to:
Secure your reservation immediately
Confirm availability with the hotel or booking partner
Prevent last-minute cancellations or reservation issues
Once your payment is completed, your stay is confirmed and held specifically for you.
Will I be charged again at check-in?
In most cases, no, your accommodation has already been paid for.
However, some hotels may still request a credit card at check-in for incidentals (like room service or damages). These are separate from your booking payment.
What if my plans change?
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the accommodation. You can review the specific terms for your booking in your confirmation details or reach out to our support team if you have questions.
