If you cancel an eligible booking, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on the original card on file. You can view your booking and cancellation details anytime in our Reservation Management tool.
If you don’t see your refund yet
It can take 24-48 hours to process your refund. If you still don’t receive your refund posted within 5-10 business days, please reach out to our Travel Support team for help.
Please note: if you cancel a non-refundable booking, you will not receive a refund.
