Event Settings Overview

An overview of Event Settings and what you can manage in each tab: General, Website, Registry, RSVP, Where to Stay, and Admins.Customize your date, URL, names, etc.

Event Settings is the control center for your event. This is where you manage the details that shape how your site works and how guests experience it.

From your Event Dashboard, click the gear icon, then select Event Settings.

You'll see 6 tabs on the left panel:

General

The General tab is where you set the foundational details of your event: your names, your date, your URL, your location, your timezone, and your language. Most of these you set once, but you'll come back if anything changes. See Event Settings: General for a full walkthrough.

Website

The Website tab controls your site's visibility and what guests encounter when they arrive. This is where you publish your site, manage page order and visibility, set your event password, control search privacy, and configure extras like your announcement banner and countdown. See Event Settings: Website for a full walkthrough.

Registry

The Registry tab covers the logistics behind your gift list: your shipping address, how guests check out, your registry currency, your bank account, and any external registries you've connected. See Event Settings: Registry for a full walkthrough.

RSVP

The RSVP tab is where you configure how your RSVP works: whether it requires a password, when the deadline closes, how long the grace period lasts, and what guests see after the window ends. See Event Settings: RSVP for a full walkthrough.

Where to Stay

The Where to Stay tab contains settings that shape the hotel browsing experience for guests: the currency they see, suggested check-in and check-out dates, and whether they receive a booking reminder after they RSVP. See Event Settings: Where to Stay for a full walkthrough.

Admins

The Admins tab is where you manage who has access to your event. Add a collaborator, view who currently has access, remove access at any time, or transfer ownership of the event to someone else. See Inviting a Collaborator and Transfer Event Ownership for full walkthroughs.
