Supported Browsers

If something on your Joy site isn't displaying quite right, your browser is often the first place to check. Joy works best on modern, up-to-date browsers, and keeping yours current means you get the best performance, security, and compatibility across every part of the platform.

Supported browsers

Joy supports the following browsers on both desktop and mobile:

For the best experience, use the most recent version of any browser above. Older versions may work, but some features may behave unexpectedly.

How to check and update your browser

Not sure which version you're on? Most browsers make it easy to check:

  • Chrome: Open the menu (three dots, top right), go to Help, then About Google Chrome. Chrome will check for updates automatically.

  • Firefox: Open the menu (three lines, top right), go to Help, then About Firefox.

  • Safari: On a Mac, go to Apple menu and select System Settings, then General, then Software Update. On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings, then General, then Software Update.

  • Edge: Open the menu (three dots, top right), go to Help and feedback, then About Microsoft Edge.

Required browser settings

To use Joy fully, make sure your browser has both JavaScript and cookies enabled. These are on by default in most browsers, but if you've changed these settings manually, re-enabling them should resolve most loading issues.

Tip: If Joy isn't loading correctly, try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page. This resolves the majority of browser-related issues.
