How To Invite Your Guests

Updated this week

Sending invitations is one of the most exciting steps in the planning process. It's the moment your event stops being something you're planning and becomes something your guests are anticipating. Joy gives you a few different ways to get the word out, whether you want to go fully digital, send something they can hold in their hands, or both.

This guide covers your invitation options so you can choose what works best for you and your guests.

Digital Cards (Basic and Premium)

Digital Cards are Joy's electronic invitation option. They're delivered straight to your guests' inboxes and can be sent as Save the Dates, Invitations, or Custom Cards. You can send them by email directly through Joy, or share a link via text, WhatsApp, Messenger, or social media.

Joy offers two tiers:

Basic Digital Cards are free and straightforward to customize. They're a great option if you want something clean and easy to send without any additional cost.

Premium Digital Cards include exclusive designs, enhanced customization options, and a more polished finish. They also offer an optional add-on to send your invitation by text message directly through Joy.

Note: Premium Digital Cards are currently available in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Text message sending is available as an add on for US and Canadian phone numbers only.
