The texts start early: what time should we arrive? Where's the after-party? Do we need to leave for the venue right after dinner? Your Schedule page answers all of it before anyone has to ask. From adding individual events to choosing a layout that fits your day, here's how to set it up.
From your Event Dashboard, hover over Website, click the arrow, and select Schedule.
Choosing a Layout
Your Schedule page comes with five layout options so you can choose the one that fits your event and style. Everyone starts on Classic by default, and you can switch at any time.
Click the Layout dropdown at the top of the left panel to see all five options.
Classic
Simple columns for each day. The date sits on the left, times in the middle, and event details on the right. A good default for most events. Clean, familiar, and easy to scan.
Timeline
Events are arranged along a vertical line with dot markers. Choose this if your event has a clear through-line from one moment to the next and you want guests to feel the progression of the day.
Centered
A single centered column with each event stacked beneath the date. A good fit if your schedule is short or you want the page to feel calm and uncluttered.
Compact
Events are collapsed by default. Guests tap to expand each one and see the details. The right call for longer schedules with a lot of items, where you want to keep the page from feeling overwhelming.
Cards
Each event gets its own contained tile. Cards use layered transparency from your site's color palette to give the page depth. A strong choice if design is a priority and your color palette is doing a lot of the work.
All layouts inherit your site's font pack and colors automatically.
Adding an Event
Click Add New at the top of the left panel.
Enter a name for the schedule item.
Enter a description if you'd like guests to know what to expect.
Select a time option: Start Only, Start + End, or TBA.
Set the start date and time.
Select your Event Time Zone so times display accurately for guests no matter where they're joining from.

Enter a venue name or address.
Add a dress code if needed.
Set event privacy: Anyone who visits your website or Specific guests.
Click Save.

Click Delete Event at the bottom of the panel.
Note: Deleting a schedule item removes it permanently. If you might want it back, consider using Event Privacy to hide it from guests instead.
Removing the Schedule Page
If you don't want a Schedule page on your site, you can hide it without losing your work.
From your Event Dashboard, hover over Website, click the arrow, and select Manage Pages.
Find Schedule in the list and toggle it off.
