Your guest list is the foundation of everything. Once your site is live and the RSVPs start coming in, it becomes your command center tracking who's coming, managing plus-ones, sending communications, and controlling who has access to your event. Getting it set up well from the start saves you a lot of back-and-forth later.
This guide covers everything you can do in your guest list so you can find what you need and get to it quickly.
Adding Guests
You can add guests one at a time or import them in bulk from a spreadsheet. For step-by-step instructions, see Importing and Exporting Your Guest List.
Parties and Plus-Ones
When guests are grouped together as couples, families, or parties, everyone in the group is addressed by name on the digital card, so no one wonders if they're included. One person can then RSVP on behalf of the whole group. For step-by-step instructions, see Adding Plus-Ones and Parties.
Guest Tags
Tags let you create groups within your guest list for targeted messaging, specific RSVP questions, and event access control. For everything you can do with tags, see All About Guest Tags.
Managing Guest List Columns
Customize your guest list view by rearranging, hiding, or renaming columns to keep the most relevant information front and center. For step-by-step instructions, see Managing Your Guest List Columns.
Sending Digital Cards and Emails
Select guests individually or all at once and send a digital card or email directly from your guest list. For step-by-step instructions, see Editing and Sending eCards or Sending Emails to Your Guests.
Merging Duplicate Guests
If a guest appears twice from a manual entry or an RSVP submitted under a different name, you can merge the two records into one. For step-by-step instructions, see Merge Duplicate Guests.
Guest Details
Click the icon to the left of any guest's name to open their full profile, where you can review their RSVP responses, email tracking history, and contact details.
Deleting Guests
You can remove guests individually or in bulk at any time. For step-by-step instructions, see Remove Individuals From Your Guest List.
Restricting RSVPs to Your Guest List
If you want to make sure only guests on your list can RSVP, Strict Name Matching lets you do that. For setup instructions, see Strict Name Matching for Your RSVPs.
Why It's Worth Adding Guests Early
You don't have to populate your guest list before RSVPs open, but doing so, especially grouping guests into parties gives you more control over the RSVP experience. For a full explanation, see Why Should I Add My Guests (and Group Them) on the Guest List?
