The Hot Wok from Breville has a large, 6 Qt. capacity and powerful 1400 watts that helps the 14" wok reach up to a 425°F, perfect for searing. The butterfly heating element evenly distributes heat and the wok’s thick aluminum walls retain that heat. Fifteen heat settings let you cook more than stir fry meals. Use it to simmer chili or stew. Includes a tempered glass lid with steam vent.
