Items Added from the Joy Shop: Most items will ship via Standard Ground Shipping and arrive within 5-10 business days from when the order was placed. Estimated shipping times are counted in business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after the order has shipped.

Expedited Shipping is not always available. If applicable, you’ll see which items are eligible during checkout.

For gifts added from the Joy shop, you can enjoy free shipping on all orders over $45. For gifts added from external registries, the shipping terms will typically align with the policies of the retailer itself. In this case, the shipping fees, delivery times, and any additional details will be determined by the external retailer’s shipping policies. Any shipping and handling fees will be listed during checkout.

For Joy physical and eligible items, subtotals equal to or more than $45 will ship for free.

These items include: Physical Joy Shop products and Joy Gift Wrap eCards.

Items that are not eligible or may not include free shipping include: Gift cards or eGift cards, Cash gifts or cash contributions, Experiences or other email vouchers, Gifts added from external registries.

Shipping is only available in the contiguous U.S. and items cannot be shipped to a PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO. Additional surcharges may apply depending on the item and location and will be shown at checkout when applicable. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
