Using the Joy Shop

  • Your guest will purchase directly from Joy. Without leaving your Joy website, creating a smoother, more streamlined shopping process.

  • Gift tracking all in one place. No need to run to different retailers to find where your gift is!

  • Guests can choose to ship directly to you or to themselves. Joy will ship anywhere within the US and allow guests to choose where to go!

  • Guests will receive full support from Joy’s customer service team at no cost. We're just here to help everything run smoothly.

  • Hassle-Free Returns: We have got you covered, Joy offers a single flexible return policy.

  • Effortless Thank You Notes. Send free, online thank you notes through your Gift Tracker using our Automagic thank you note generator.

  • Couples can choose when they want their gifts to ship to their address using Joy’s Delay Shipping feature.

  • Our 20% completion discount. Enjoy all your favorite gifts with a sweet discount after your wedding date.

  • Guests can enjoy Joy Price Matching. We'll make sure your guests gets the best price on the market. Couples can even request a Price Match on behalf of their friends and family.

What If The Joy Shop Doesn't Have What I'm Looking For?

Our number one goal is that you have everything you need. Joy may not have that item you've had your eyes on for while, but we have ways you can add your preferred gifts swiftly and easily.

  • Using the Joy universal search. Just type in the item you're looking for in the Joy Shop search, scroll down to the "Add From Any Store" header and we'll show you all the stores offering your item so you can pick the best deal and preferred retailer.

  • If you know the exact store, make, model, and all the deets you can quickly add your gifts using the Joy Quick Add Button. This handy browser extension will allow you to add your gifts to Joy without leaving the retailers page.

  • On the Joy mobile app you can browse different stores and add items directly from those stores into your Joy registry without even leaving the app! We have a handy walk-through here.

Using External Registries and/or Sites

  • Purchasers are redirected to the item on the external website. It's up to the guest to come back to Joy and confirm their purchase plus details to ensure we get you up-to-date info.

  • Tracking is NOT automatically updated, and gift-givers may need to return to Joy to add the order and tracking number for their purchase.

  • Gift-givers and couples cannot receive support from Joy’s team and must contact the website from which the gift was purchased.

  • Items purchased outside Joy may contain additional shipping costs or fees which those external stores charge. These items do not qualify for Joy’s shipping and return policies.
