Lodge’s reversible Chef Collection cast iron grill/griddle has a smooth griddle surface on one side and a grill pan on the other. The heavy-duty cast iron has excellent heat retention and is designed to cook food evenly and the pre-seasoned surface offers an easy-release finish for even the most delicate foods. Fits over two burners and features a convenient drip tray.
