The Viking 20 inch Acacia Butcher Block and Prep Board is reversible and offers unique features on each side to maximize functionality and reduce space consumption in your kitchen. On one side, the board has three indents, each measuring precisely one cup. These can be used to store chopped veggies and other ingredients, allowing you to keep your surface space on the board while prepping multiple ingredients in a recipe. The indents can also be used to hold condiments if the board is used as a serving board. On the reverse side, the board features a flat surface ideal for carving proteins. The reverse surface is bordered by juice groves to help prevent spilling.
