One of our most popular Pro-Chef Collection cutting boards is the Newton Prep Master. Designed with such great functionality, this cutting board provides you with two different cutting surfaces. One cutting surface features a sloped juice groove that allows all your cooked juices to flow into the stainless steel catch pan. The reversible side is equipped with a flat surface that gives you the option to use for other food prepping ingredients. Transfer these ingredients to a stock pot or a mixing bowl to complete a recipe. Ergonomic handle facilitate easy transport.
