Use the included mini-tamper to easily press thick and frozen mixtures towards the blades without stopping to scrape the sides. Features a high-powered 2 HP motor and an ample 48 Oz. container which is ideal for medium-sized batches of 3-5 servings and stores easily under kitchen cabinets. Self-cleaning is easy. Just add a drop of dish soap, some warm water and turn it on.

Easy Maintenance
After using your Vitamix E310 Explorian Series Blender, you can rinse out the pitcher, add warm water and a drop of dish soap, place it back on the motor base, put the lid on, and blend at the highest speed for 30 to 60 seconds to clean it. The pitcher is also dishwasher safe. Wipe the motor base clean with a damp cloth.
