PRODUCT CARE:
Wash fabric bands before first use and then on an ongoing weekly basis. Sensor and base station can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
To wash the fabric band, first remove sensor. Then machine wash cold, gentle cycle, inside a garment bag using a mild detergent. Hang dry. Do not put in dryer or use heat to dry, as this can damage the band. Alternatively, it can be hand washed.
To clean the sensor, wipe both sides with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water. Exposing the electronic tracking device to large amounts of liquid can damage the Sensor.
APP INFORMATION:
HALO app can be downloaded for free from Google Play or the App Store. It is compatible with Android (version 8 Oreo and above) and iOS (version 12 and above) It is only compatible with iOS phones that have a 5.5” display size. This includes: 6s Plus, 7 Plus, 8 Plus, X, XR, XS, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, 12 mini, 12, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max, 13 mini, 13, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max, 14, 14 Plus, 14 Pro, 14 Pro Max.
