Combining exceptional craftsmanship with long-lasting performance, this classic roaster from Hestan is designed for optimal baking and roasting performance. It’s made of durable 3-play stainless steel with an aluminum core clad that provides excellent heat conductivity. Riveted, ergonomic handles allow you to easily bring the roaster from the oven to the table for serving. Heavy-duty, it can withstand oven temperatures up to 600°F and can be used on the stovetop when creating sauce-based reductions, gravies, deglazing, and even for searing meats. Includes stainless steel rack for elevating meats while roasting.

Clad Construction
Made to last tri-ply construction plus an ultra conductive aluminum core provides the ideal vessel for sauce reductions, deglazing, searing, and making gravy directly on the stovetop.

Roasting Rack
Use with or without the removable stainless steel V-shaped rack. It’s designed to elevate meat, poultry, and more to promote fast, even cooking.
