Oven Probe Thermometer

The All-Clad Oven Probe Thermometer features pre-programmed meat and poultry doneness settings, based on USDA recommendations. Use these settings or program your own desired internal temperature. The sensor cable and probe are heat-resistant up to 572F. The alarm sounds at a specified internal temperature.
