Choose from the Smoothies, Hot Soups, Dips & Spreads, Frozen Desserts or Self Cleaning programs for consistent results every time. Features 10 variable speeds, a pulse option and a programmable digital timer to prevent over- or under-processing your custom recipes. Pair with any Ascent Self-Detect Container—the built-in wireless connectivity feature allows the motor base to automatically adjust to the container size you’ve chosen. Beyond traditional blends, you can create plant-based milks, eggnog, ginger shots, green juices, margaritas, hummus, powdered sugar, mousse, frozen yogurt, nut butters, tahini, dressing and so much more. What’s included: motor base, 64 oz. low profile container with lid and lid plug, low profile tamper and cookbook.

With more options than just “on” and “off,” you’ll be able to control the speed of your Vitamix. The variable speed control, featuring 10 settings, allows you to mix a little bit (think chunky salsas) or a lot (think smooth purees and creamy soups). If you want a high-speed burst of power, hit the Pulse button once or as many times as you’d like. 

Compatible with Self-Detect Containers
Do more with your blender. It’s compatible with any of Vitamix’s line of self-detect containers (sold separately). Turn it into a customized blending system by adding a blending cup that lets you blend and take single-servings of smoothies to go, a blending bowl for chopping ingredients for a recipe, and more.

Easy Maintenance
After using your Vitamix A3500 Ascent Series Blender, you can rinse out the pitcher, add warm water and a drop of dish soap, place it back on the motor base, put the lid on, and use the Self Cleaning program. The pitcher is also dishwasher safe. Wipe the motor base clean with a damp cloth.
