Large Storage Bowl in Truffle

This storage bowl from Emile Henry does double duty with two separate sections. The upper section is made from cork and designed to hold fruit. Cork helps preserve the fruit naturally and prevent fruit flies. The lower section is made from ceramic and designed to hold root vegetables like potatoes and onions. The cork upper section blocks the light from the lower ceramic section and keeps the temperature steady for optimal storage.
