Contact Collector
Let your guests fill inthe guest list.
Send a text or email to all your guests from Joy at one go. They’ll fill in their own phone, email, and mailing address, and Contact Collector will add everything straight to your guest list.
How Contact Collector Works
Three steps, zero stress.
Start with your guests.
Choose from your Joy guest list, or directly from your phone contacts in the Joy app.
Joy will text or email them.
Send one message to everyone, either now or at your scheduled time. Overseas guests will get it via WhatsApp.
Just one quick form. That’s it.
Phone, email, mailing address, plus their plus one, family, or kids—all in one go. Joy double-checks the address before they hit send.
Straight to Your Guest List
Details go right where they should.
No need to copy and paste, or mix up guests anymore. Every reply is linked to the correct guest on your Joy guest list, together with their email, phone, and address.
Plus Ones & Kids
One form for everyone in the family.
Guests can add their plus one, partner or kids directly in the form. Each person appears on your guest list as their own guest, all grouped under one party so families stay together.
Copy & Paste
Copy your link and share it on Instagram, your group chat, or that old thread from uni days. Joy will still track every reply for you.
Your Link, Your Style
Make it truly yours.
Choose a Joy animation or upload your own photo, then craft your message. Only collect what you need—phone and email can be optional, or just skip them.
From Save the Date to Thank You
Ask once. Settle everything.
Save the Dates, invites, hotel reminders, RSVPs, and thank-you notes all reach the right people—just ask once, can already.
Messaging Plus
Schedule messages for all your guests, anytime, anywhere.
Send updates via email, SMS, and WhatsApp all at once, schedule in advance, and track who’s clicked.
The Connected Guest List
Easily manage who can view what on your guest list.
“Just enjoy the process and launch early – can start collecting addresses and guest numbers straightaway.”
