Definitely! Joy’s wedding website builder is designed for all types of weddings, big or small. You can remove any features that don’t suit your plans. No wedding party? Don’t want a countdown? Just remove the section from your dashboard, and it’ll be taken off your website and app automatically.
Can I personalise my wedding site for certain guests, like my wedding party or those invited to the rehearsal dinner?
Yes, you can control who sees which events and details, so only selected guests will view certain parts of your schedule. You can also set password protection for any section, so only your guests can access your wedding info.
Can I launch my website in phases? Like, can I make some info public first and keep the rest hidden for now?
You can update your website anytime, no problem. If there’s anything still pending, just put TBD or leave it out for now. Your guests won’t get notified automatically when you make changes, but you can always send them an email through our platform to keep them in the loop.
Do you support custom domains?
Yes, you can buy a domain name straight from Joy, or use one you already own, and set it up to forward to your withjoy.com URL when people visit your domain.
Can I use the website without the app?
You can use Joy to create your wedding website and just skip sharing the app download links. But if you want your guests to upload photos to your website, they’ll need the app.
What do I need to open a Joy account?
You can create a Joy account using your email or Facebook.
