Creativo Loft

Located right in the heart of Chicago, the Creativo loft is nestled on the top floor of the historic Baer’s Hall building. Looking for a venue with rustic charm? With original hardwood floors and 16-foot tin ceilings dating back to 1887, the Creativo Loft is a perfect place for your wedding or elopement. 12 large windows facing north-east allow for plenty of natural light and great views of the John Hancock Building. Couples rave about Sarah’s ability to make the day go flawlessly and stress-free and Giorgio’s calming ability in bringing out the best in couples during their wedding photos.

Capacity: 60-100 guests depending on how you have the space configured.

Keith House

Completed in 1870, this historic event space was once home to Elbridge Keith. With its Victorian Châteauesque style, the Keith House fits right in with the rest of Chicago’s elite “Gold Coast” homes also located on Prairie Avenue. This historic mansion can be used as both an outdoor and indoor venue. This space does a wonderful job of combining historic charm with modern wedding venue.  Couples also appreciate that the venue is spacious and quietly elegant, giving it a high-class feel with an affordable cost.

Capacity: 20-75 guests

Typical Cost: Between $1,250 and $4,500

Loft on Lake

Complete with brick walls, timber beams and a 65-foot skylight, this venue will give you and your guests the ultimate Chicago Loft experience. A few of the Amenities include a gorgeous Bridal Suite where you and your wedding party can get ready in. The Lytle House

Lytle House’s 2,800 sq. ft. of continual indoor-to-outdoor space, exposed brick, high ceilings, large factory windows allowing for all the natural light, and original industrial details give the feeling of being in a huge open space while still being in the city. Firehouse Chicago

Originally built for Chicago’s Engine Company 70, this firehouse has since been renovated back to its original charm, including antique doors, lighting and plumbing fixtures. It is the perfect unique, intimate and memorable venue! Firehouse Chicago also has their own in-house wedding studio that gives you access to three special spaces. The first are renovated lieutenant’s quarters, which are a perfect space to relax before the wedding festivities begin. The Studio space also includes french doors leading to a private deck where you and your wedding party can pop some bubbly! Next you’ll head into the vintage locker room where you and your bridal party will hang out while you get your hair and makeup done.
