The Best Staten Island Wedding Venues

The Best Staten Island Wedding Venues

Looking to get married in NYC? Then don’t you dare overlook Staten Island. Owing to the coastal real estate, spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline, and increased elbow room, there are tons of great places to get married in the city’s least populated borough. From elegant ballrooms to seaside ceremonies, we’ve gathered up the best of Staten Island wedding venues.

Grand Oaks Country Club

Have too many friends and family for your own good? The Grand Oaks Country Club might be the wedding venue for you. In addition to serving up beautiful grounds and experienced service, the Country Club can accommodate up to 1,500 guests for your reception. Create your perfect wedding by combining one of their several wedding packages with a choice of their indoor and outdoor venues.

Capacity: 1,500

Typical cost: $10,000

Bonus: Although the grounds are beautiful in any season, the grand oak trees surrounding the property look especially fantastic in the fall.

Angelina’s Ristorante

Get married, be merry, and forget the rest at Angelina’s Ristorante. Staten Island’s premiere fine dining venue is also a spectacular wedding destination. From the light and airy atmosphere to the to-die-for dining and service, Angelina’s has everything you need for your night to remember.

Capacity: 250 seated

Typical cost: $10,000 – $20,000

Bonus: Angelina’s has recently expanded a permanent outdoor tent, which offers the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor for your wedding.

Above

Take your wedding to new heights at Staten Island’s only rooftop ballroom, Above. Above’s indoor and outdoor space features everything you need for a spectacular wedding (and then some). For example, you’ll love their 20 foot floor-to-ceiling windows, masterfully crafted small plates, heated outdoor cabanas, and, of course, panoramic views of the NYC skyline.

Capacity: 300

Typical cost: $20,000

Bonus: Don’t worry about a shuttle. Since there’s an attached hotel, guests can retire straight to their rooms.

Nicotra’s Ballroom

Located within the Hilton Garden Inn at the center of Staten Island, Nicotra’s Ballroom is a well-established New York City wedding venue. Nicotra’s offers multiple different wedding venues to match your style, like the Chinese-inspired Tea House Garden or the Italian-piazza-inspired Trevi Garden (pictured above). But, regardless of whatever venue you choose at Nicotra’s, you are sure to have the night of your life.

Capacity: 500

Typical cost: $15,000 – $20,000

Bonus: Don’t be surprised to find Nicotra’s service is as great as their venue. Reviewers agree the venue’s planners and attendants go above and beyond.

The Historic Old Bermuda Inn

Originally a parsonage for St. Luke’s Church, the Historic Old Bermuda Inn has been restored to an elegant Victorian bed and breakfast and event venue. Enjoy their picturesque botanical gardens, on-site chapel, and dedicated wedding planners. And, since the Inn only hosts one wedding at a time, rest assured you and your guests will be their primary focus.

Capacity: 300

Typical cost: Rates start at $55 per person

Bonus: Looking to host a different kind of wedding? Consider a champagne brunch wedding at the Inn.

Vanderbilt at South Beach

If you’re looking for a beach wedding in NYC, then look no further. The Vanderbilt at South Beach offers top-level service and facilities alongside stunning ocean views. Take advantage of their beach ceremony site as well as over 5,000 square feet of ocean-side ballroom space.

Capacity: 420

Typical cost: $12,000 – $15,000

Bonus: Reviewers rave about the outstanding service at The Vanderbilt.
