Cheney Mansions offers use of an elegant ballroom and formal dining rooms, sitting rooms, a library, and separate bridal and groom suites for you and yours to get ready in. The outdoor patio and newly renovated greenhouse are great spots for cocktail hour.

Named one of the 25 best Chicago wedding venues by Curbed Chicago in 2018, the Glessner House is right up there as one of the top choices for wedding venues. Designed during the Gilded-Age, this home has a Richardsonian fortress-like exterior and certainly makes you feel like you’re in a castle! You’ll have several location options within the compound of where you can hold your ceremony: in the Glessner House Courtyard, Coach House, or in the Chicago Women’s Park & Gardens located next door. Just be sure to get the required $500 permit if you intend to use the Gardens!
Capacity: 80-200 guests depending on which area of the Glessner House you’ll be using.
