The Forge
The Forge is edgy, organic, and intimate. Located an hour and a half from Dallas in Chico, Texas, the Forge is far enough to be considered a destination wedding without having to go too far! This venue exudes a country bohemian yet industrial vibe with a heavy focus on including natural elements and details through the entire property. Picture this: a large country bohemian barn nestled on a soft rolling meadow tucked away in the woods next to a small vineyard.

Dallas Arboretum
Sometimes known as the “Jewel of Dallas,” the Dallas Arboretum makes for a gorgeous outdoor wedding venue. With several outdoor areas to choose from, you can decide if it’s a perfect place for your big lavish wedding or perhaps a smaller more intimate wedding, making it one of the most versatile venues in the Dallas area. Complete with striking views and stunning gardens, this venue holds lots of special historic charm that will put you in touch with your Dallas roots… literally!
Capacity: 10-600 guests depending on where you hold your ceremony/reception within the arboretum

Arrowwood Weddings & Events
Looking for a rustic outdoor venue that’s whimsical and elegant yet affordable? Arrowwood Weddings & Events might be perfect for you! Located only 30 minutes outside of Dallas in Palmer, Texas, this venue allows you and your guests to get out of the city and spend a lovely day out in the peaceful Texas woods. The property is covered in mighty oaks, beautiful pecan trees, and lovely walnut trees that create a towering canopy above this hidden gem. Just in case the weather doesn’t cooperate your wedding day, Arrowwood Weddings & Events has got you covered with a plan B ceremony location in an outdoor covered pavilion.

Juniper Gardens Event Center
As a Couples’ Choice Award winner three years in a row, Juniper Gardens Event Center certainly lives up to its reputation. Their stunning white outdoor gazebo offers a perfect location for a lovely romantic courtyard wedding. Both bride’s and a groom’s suites are available for you and your soon-to-be spouse to hide out in before the ceremony and get ready with your wedding party! Juniper Gardens Event Center also knows how expensive weddings can be, and have several wedding packages to choose from and they also offer flexible payment plan options!
Capacity: 80-280 guests
Typical Cost: Packages range from $3,000-$6,000
Bonus: Juniper Gardens Event Center is a BYOB venue meaning you can bring your own drinks and their bar staff will serve it!

Artspace111
Created in 1980, Artspace111 has evolved from a small art gallery into a multifunctional contemporary art space and venue in downtown Fort Worth, Texas. This space is full of unique architectural character and relaxing gardens that make it an inspired setting for your big day. Weekend rentals include a one hour rehearsal the night before the event, eight hours of venue rental the day of the event, and full use of the entire venue. An onsite gallery liaison, a day-of coordinator, and one security guard are also included!
Capacity: 10-220 guests

Texas Discovery Gardens
Texas Discovery Gardens is a stunning venue for your wedding. They now offer several outdoor location areas and you can also pair an outdoor location for your ceremony with an indoor location for your reception! A few of the outdoor options include in front of the Grand Allee fountain which features a more formal lawn and is one of the more popular areas for ceremonies. Then there’s the Circular Lawn which is a more intimate space complete with a koi pond and lush greenery. Then one of the more unique options is the multilevel all-glass vivarium known as the Butterfly House that’s home to over 500 free-flying butterflies!

Hidden Gardens Venue
For years, Hidden Gardens Venue sat abandoned and unloved, until owner Shelly and her mother brought it back to life with some help from their church and community. Now the venue is the perfect place to have your dream wedding! Complete with original wood floors, large vintage chandeliers hanging from the ceilings, and original ornate door handles and hardware, this venue is full of history and character. A few of the amenities that Hidden Gardens Venue offers include a prep room for staging and storing food, dressing rooms for getting ready in, a patio, a balcony, a lounge for your guests to relax in, and a dance floor for everyone to get down!
