You know when you meet someone for the first time and it just clicks? That’s how we feel about Aleisha—the fantastically funny and refreshingly honest host of The Bridechilla Podcast. Wedding planning is hard. It’s just a reality. But you do not have to be a Bridezilla—and Aleisha is proving that, one podcast at a time.
“No more bullshit.”
We love everything Aleisha is doing to change the conversation around wedding planning. She’s been featured in A Practical Wedding (another one of our favorite places on the Internet), and each episode of the Bridechilla Podcast is packed full of valuable wedding planning tips and tricks on how to stay sane. She features interviews and advice from wedding experts, wedding planners, and Bridechillas from all over the world. She also regularly takes questions from listeners. We strongly encourage you leave her a voicemail!
All of your wedding in one place.
At Joy, we’re trying to bring all of your wedding into one place—helping to eliminate a lot of the stress of wedding planning. We’re closely aligned with Aleisha’s mission to de-mystify and de-bullshit wedding planning. It’s some two-peas-in-a-pod-type stuff.
We got to chatting with the Aleisha and thought it’d be great fun to partner on some Bridechilla-inspired wedding website themes. We worked closely on these designs, carefully selecting the colors and styles to best reflect the Bridechilla community. And we’re really happy to announce that they’re live on Joy!
If you’re already a Joy bride, you can find the new themes by navigating to the Design page of your dashboard. Scroll through the designs, and look for the Bridechilla banner!
If you’re not a Joy bride—you should be! Joy is the perfect wedding website for a Bridechilla. You can manage your RSVPs, share wedding day details like travel, lodging, and things to do, and collect photos from your guests before, during, and after your special day.
