The Emile Henry Garlic Pot helps keep garlic fresh. The ceramic pot holds whole garlic bulbs, and the cork section holds individual cloves. Use it for other alliums like shallots and small onions, and to store fresh ginger too.
The cork section blocks the light from the ceramic pot, and the ceramic pot features three small vents for air circulation. The cork section can support another garlic pot stacked on top, to help conserve counter space while expanding storage space.
