The Joy, Inc. October 2022 Survey Giveaway (“Promotion”) is a promotion open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington District of Columbia, who, as of the time of entry, are the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their state of residence. Promotion sponsored by Joy, Inc., 140 Keller Street, Petaluma, CA 94952. (“Sponsor”). The Promotion begins at 11:00AM PT on October 12, 2022 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on October 26, 2022. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, late, illegible or incomplete entries or any mechanical errors, typographical or printing errors. Employees, officers, directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, related parties and immediate families, and winners of previous contests by Sponsor within the previous six (6) months are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
To Enter: Entrants will automatically be entered into the Promotion by taking Joy’s survey within the timeframe listed above. Limit of one entry per person. To be deemed valid, entries must be fully and accurately completed in accordance with the requirements imposed in these Official Rules. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or irregular in any way, or not in full compliance with the Official Rules are void.
Selection: One winner will be selected by November 2, 2022 by random draw from all eligible entries. Odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email within 24 hours after the selection date with instructions to claim the prize. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if message is unanswered for 24 hours, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If necessary, an alternate winner will be determined in accordance with the procedures for selecting the original winner for the prize. Once the winner is verified and requirements have been met, the prize will be promptly awarded.
Prize: The winner will receive one (1) $200 gift Visa gift card. Total ARV for prize is approximately $200 USD.

Conditions and Restrictions: All prizes will be awarded. No substitution or transfer of prizes, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, waiver of liability and publicity release, which must be returned within 15 days of notification of prize award, or prize award will be void and alternative winner may be selected from remaining eligible entrants. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. By participating, the winner consents to use of name, address and likeness for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion.
