Give us the proposal details! When? Where? How?
Jeff told me that our friends Lea and JC had invited us to visit the Ice Castle on a Friday night. I was excited because I had been dying to go. It’s a magical place full of gorgeous icicles that shimmer in the moonlight. After we’d toured around the castle, we sat down on the giant Ice throne to get our picture taken. As we went to stand up, Jeff said, “Just a second”. That’s when I realized he was down on one knee. I was so excited that I almost fell over!
What has been your favorite experience planning the wedding?
It’s been really fun coming up with ideas for how to make the day special. I’ve also enjoyed the tastings!
How do you stay sane under the pressures of wedding planning?
Jeff keeps me sane. When I start to get stressed, he calms me down.

Set your website up early. We waited too long making save-the-dates and invitations more complicated than they needed to be!
