Give us the proposal details! When? Where? How?
Cliff tried to ask several different times! I actually found the ring in his pocket on accident before he found the perfect moment to ask. Ultimately, he asked when were on a sailboat excursion with my best friend. We were in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, sailing past El Arco. They brought me to the front of the boat for a “photo” and he asked then. Shortly afterward, whales came up on the side of the boat. It was magical!
What has been your favorite experience planning the wedding?
Realizing that our Vegas venue does everything for us!
How do you stay sane under the pressures of wedding planning?
Our venue is doing almost everything for me, I don’t have to think too much about it.
What is your favorite part of using Joy for your wedding?
I like that our guests will be able to have all of the details at their fingertips.
What piece of advice would you give couples to ensure that they use Joy to its fullest potential?
Take your time filling out all of the information. It felt a little daunting at first, but I’m glad we have it as a communication tool for our guests. I’m hoping it will lessen confusion the day of the wedding.
At Joy we believe that even though a wedding lasts a day, joy lasts forever. What does that mean to you?
Joy is knowing that I have the privilege of enjoying my favorite person, for the rest of my life.
