Give us the proposal details! When? Where? How?
Thomas proposed this summer when we were on a month-long arctic research expedition. He suggested we climb a mountain to “investigate something”. We packed a lunch for the climb and shared company with a small caribou herd. Thomas suggested we go to the very top of the mountain to check out the view and it was just incredible. He got down on one knee there and said the whole trip (its hardships and rewards) were all worth it for this moment.
What has been your favorite experience planning the wedding?
Finding a venue in Spain!
How do you stay sane under the pressures of wedding planning?
We hired a wedding planner to take care of all the little details. As long as we are both at the wedding, we are happy.
What is your favorite part of using Joy for your wedding?
We are doing a destination wedding so there is a lot of information for our guests to take in. I love how Joy makes it so easy to put all the information in one place!
