We were in a restaurant when David knelt down on one knee after finishing dinner. I quickly answered, “Yes!” but told him to please stand up, because I don’t like traditions! We quickly started talking about how we wanted our wedding and what our plans would be.
What has been your favorite experience planning the wedding?
We have not had the help of a wedding planner, so we have been able to choose every detail on our own.
How do you stay sane under the pressures of wedding planning?
Our approach is remembering that we will be married, no matter what happens during planning or on our big day.
