How did the two of you meet?
We met freshman year at the University of Colorado-Boulder when my sorority and his fraternity were paired for Greek Week. We became friends throughout college and then drifted apart. A few weeks before graduation we ran into each other again, the rest is history!
Give us the proposal details! When? Where? How?
Last December, Kevin suggested for a Christmas present that we go out sailing and have my uber-talented photographer friend come with. He said he wanted some nice photos of us for our new apartment. It was one of those perfect winter sunsets with every tone of purple and pink. While we were taking photos, he took me to the front of the boat and we sat down. He looked at me and I lost it, knowing what was about to happen. He gave the most wonderful speech, it was pure magic (and a lot of tears, on my part!) We popped champagne, got to the dock, and he took me to dinner. I walked into the restaurant and our best friends and family were all there waiting to celebrate. It was the best night of my life!!
