Give us the proposal details! When? Where? How?
I was spending what I thought was a normal get together with some of my close friends. We went to Bull City Escape to attempt to complete an escape room. While in the Lunar Landing Room, we noticed a trap door and starting solving puzzles to open it. I had my back facing the door while entering a code into the computer. All of a sudden I heard a noise, turned around, and the door began to open. Much to my surprise, standing behind the door was Will in front of a background that said, “Lacey, Will you marry me?” I was too surprised to even cry, y’all! He proceeded to tell me the reasons he loved me and how he couldn’t imagine life without me. He asked me to spend forever with him. Obviously, I said, “Yes!”

What has been your favorite experience planning the wedding?
So far, my favorite thing has been taking our engagement pictures!
