Give us the proposal details! When? Where? How?
Jeff recruited my best friend to throw me off the trail and had her suggest that we do couples date breakfast at Bull Valley Roadhouse, a kooky restaurant Jeff and I love. I thought we were just having a fun brunch as a group, but as we approached the restaurant, Jeff got down on his knee and proposed right in front of the door! That wasn’t the end of the surprise though… we continued into the restaurant, and as we turned the corner, my family and Jeff’s family were waiting to congratulate us! Jeff had organized a whole engagement party! I am very close with my family and we hadn’t been able to get together as a group in many years, but he brought them together for our engagement.
What has been your favorite experience planning the wedding?
My favorite experiences so far have been visiting our venue in Mexico and tasting our menu!
How do you stay sane under the pressures of wedding planning?
Spending quality time doing our favorite non-wedding related activities together.
